we are collecting gently-used household items to help fully furnish home interiors for individuals, families and veterans in our area emerging from homelessness. this work is run by humble design, a non-profit. Drop Off Dates at Kok: Sat May 18, 10am - 3pm and Sun may 19, between services and 12 - 1pm. see the display in the lobby and the mid-week emails for the list of accepted items.

King of kings Lutheran Church is an ELCA ministry located in Shelby Township, Michigan. In an effort to be a relevant Christian influence in our world today we have undertaken an organized service ministry. God’s Work, Our Hands is one of our outreach ministries. We look and listen for signs and the voice of God to guide our actions in ways that will be of service to the community around us. Through giving of time and resources to other local causes we hope to build unity, understanding, and the Kingdom here in our little part of God’s world.
