Great Acts is an opportunity for kids and youth of all ages to worship God through acting and performing in large group theatrical productions and smaller educational skits.

Opportunities to participate include:

-Large cast Christmas play featuring all ages, as well as the youth choir.
- Short skits to enhance curriculum for our Sunday school programs.
- Tech and set production opportunities for students with interests in those areas.
-Virtual plays recorded through zoom from students’ homes and then edited together into one final movie production.

The group is led by Eric and Tracy Wells.

Eric is a secondary education theater teacher in Utica Community Schools with 17 years of experience teaching students the art of theater and performing. He has directed. nearly 120 stage productions with several students going on to college and professional level acting.

Tracy is an accomplished playwright with more than 100 published plays in both the secular and religious publishing communities. Tracy writes all fo the plays and skits used by the theater group and has often tailored roles to fit the interests and gifts of the specific kids involved.
